SHIPPING
Free shipping applies when you spend 25 euros on all orders Ordered before 11:59 p.m. on weekdays is same-day shipping. Our delivery time is 1-2 business days. When your package leaves the warehouse, we will send you an email with a track & trace link.
Shipping delays may occur during the holidays due to this busy season.
Check all addresses before shipping the order.
*** In the event that your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address provided by the customer, we will charge the shipping cost. Please check all addresses before placing an order.
RETURN
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at hey@rarellecosmetics.com within 14 days of receiving the order. Packages returned to us without going through the return process with our customer service department will not be refunded.
You can return your order, at your own expense and in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt, provided it meets our return conditions.
If the purchased product is defective or you think it is not as advertised, please email us as soon as possible at hey@rarellecosmetics.com before returning the product. We will then work together to find a suitable solution.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Order must be returned in original packaging
- A return must be sent with track & trace
- The Rarelle box should still be sealed
- The sender is always responsible for shipping and postage costs of €6.95
- Orders outside the 14-day return period will not be returned
WARRANTY
We do our best to deliver our products to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens as a result of which you can claim warranty. Legally, you are required within two months after discovery of the defect to report this to us by email to hey@rarellecosmetics.com with an explanation and if possible a photo of the defect. If the defect is within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement at no charge.
